Resources for Support and Information

The online bipolar community is growing by leaps and bounds, both in quality and quantity. Because we cannot possibly list all the excellent sites out there, we have chosen to list only the largest sites, and those sites which we feel best pertain to bipolar parenting. If you are looking for a particular site which is not listed here, try our BP from A-Z list! If you are looking for good information on parenting special needs or on mental health, check out our book recommendations page.  All books were suggested by members of the mailing lists.
